Most buyers choose to purchase a town home because of the great features they provide. They blend classic architectural design with sophisticated modern convenience. Most town homes range in size from about 1,100 square feet to over 1,500 square feet. Each unit generally comes with a one car garage on the first floor. Many town homes come with a deck off of the living room and a deck off of the master bedroom. You will find very nice 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom floor plans, usually with 2 to 3 bathrooms. Kitchens often come with stainless steel appliances, maple or cherry cabinets and a gas range. The main floor will come with hardwood/bamboo floors.
